Diamond Oaks Village Wins At National Home Building Award Ceremony

Bonita Springs, FL-Diamond Oaks Village is pleased to announce that the luxury independent living community in Bonita Springs, FL won a silver award for “Best 55+ Independent Living Community” at the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Best of 55+ Housing Awards. The NAHB Best of 55+ Housing Awards, hosted in Orlando, FL, are the industry’s only national award program that honor superiority in building, resident lifestyles and marketing.
To qualify for an award, real estate developers from across the country submitted extensive project details and portfolios to the NAHB’s 55+ Housing Industry Council. The judges chose Diamond Oaks Village after reviewing entries from across the country for the “Best 55+ Independent Living Community” award.
Diamond Oaks Village is located at 24110 South Tamiami Trail in Bonita Springs, 1.5 miles from Coconut Point Mall. The community has 160 large, maintenance-free one- and two-bedroom apartments, with modern amenities and appliances, a screened in lanai, spacious walk-in closets, personal washer and dryer units, and covered parking. There is a 12,000 square foot state-of-the-art clubhouse in the center of the community with a fitness center, media room, beauty salon, bistro bar, pub, community and private dining rooms, game room and multiple patios.
