Market Rate Residential Properties (MR)
Investments in privately-owned housing options that include a wide range of rental and/or ownership structures with a varying degree of amenity offerings. United Group provides flexible, innovative options for the acquisition, refinancing, and new construction of affordable properties. At United Group we can facilitate investment opportunity, as well as provide development and/or management expertise. Property types could include:

Tax Advantage Products (TAP)
Investments in operating partnerships that develop, own and operate low and moderate income housing apartment complexes that qualify for tax credits. The products primary investment objective is to generate federal housing tax credits, preserve and protect investor's capital, and provide tax benefits from passive losses.
Commercial Property (CP)
Including retail, office, and warehouse space for its own account and for select clientele. An integrated cross platform approach is utilized that leverages expertise in financing, construction management, and property management; including leasing and marketing, to deliver from concept design to productive usage.
Acquisitions and Repositionings (AR)
Financing projects include permanent short-term and long-term; conventional and tax-exempt; secured and unsecured; mortgage loans and various bond structures. Financial vehicles are selected to create value and maximize profit and cash flow. UG provides a financing advisory service that focuses on execution and performance. Targets can vary from under-performing and default properties, to conventional property acquisition targets. Under-performing assets create an opportunity to acquire properties at favorable pricing levels. By infusing quality management and making necessary improvements, these projects can be stabilized and returned to status of prime properties.
