We would like to congratulate Michaela T. DiGiacomo, Director of Human Resources for being accepted, and completing, the 2025 Capital Region Human Resources Association (CRHRA) HR Leadership Program. The CRHRA Leadership Program is a professional development initiative run by the Capital Region Human Resources Association (CRHRA), based in Albany, New York. The program is competitive, and application based and candidates are selected based on demonstrated leadership experience and development potential.
The Class of 2025 represents a diverse group of HR professionals in a variety of industries and career points. Michaela was selected as one of fourteen individuals to participate in the 2025 Class. Program leader, John M. Bagi, Esq., stated that, “Michaela is uniquely qualified to join this group and we commend her for challenging herself to this experience.”
The 2025 class focused on adding to their own professional perspectives about HR’s strategic role, their continuing development into leadership roles, and expanding the network of HR executives and future leaders.
