United Group is proud to celebrate Kassandra Tirado, Assistant Property Manager at The Hamilton at Lakeside, on reaching her five-year milestone with the Company!
Kassandra began her United Group journey in May of 2020 as a Leasing Consultant at The Hamilton at Lakeside. Since then, she has continued to grow with the Company and take on new responsibilities. Today, as Assistant Property Manager, Kassandra supports the day-to-day operations of the community, assists with leasing and renewals, helps address resident needs, and works alongside the property management team to keep the community running smoothly.
Throughout her five years with United Group, Kassandra has proven to be a dedicated, hardworking, and reliable member of the team. She is always willing to lend her support, take on new challenges, and help those around her. Her commitment to her team and community has made her a valued part of The Hamilton at Lakeside, and we are grateful for all she contributes each day.

Questions:
1.) Take us back to day one! What was it like? What do you remember about your first day?
I started in May of 2020, and Hamilton was brand new! I was given a tour of the premises and remember recording a video introducing myself.
2.) Walk us through a typical workday!
It’s hard to describe a typical workday because everyday is different. Somedays I’m on my feet and the others I’m sitting at my desk. It’s never a dull moment at The Gables and Hamilton.
3.)What is your favorite memory (so far) from your time at UGOC?
My favorite memory would be when I returned to United Group on November 2024.
4.) What advice would you give yourself reflecting on the last 5 years?
The advice I would give myself would be to remain as I am and be consist with my work.
5.)How has your role changed over the years? (If at all possible)
When I started with United Group, I was a leasing agent and came back as an Assistant Manager.
