At United Group, we take pride in celebrating and recognizing the achievements of our exceptional team members! Today, we are shining the spotlight on two United Group employees who received promotions in April. That includes Erika Kratzenburg, Assistant Property Manager at Parkstead City Center, and Lucien Ponzo, Maintenance Technician at College Suites at Washington Square!
Erika Kratzenburg, formerly a Concierge at Parkstead Watertown at City Center, was recently promoted to Assistant Property Manager at the site. Lucien, who was welcomed to United Group as a Desk Attendant at Schaffer Heights, has recently earned a promotion to Maintenance Technician at College Suites at Washington Square!
“I appreciate the opportunity to continue practicing my craft and utilizing my experience obtained over the years with UGOC,” Lucien said. “I look forward to providing and extending my knowledge within the field at CSWS.”
“The promotion is going great. I’m loving it,” said Erika. “I’m learning quite a bit of new information and how to deal with different scenarios. With me coming from a military background, I’m open to learning anything and everything I can. I’m thankful for Karen and Stacey having the confidence in me to offer this promotion. I appreciate their patience and willingness to help me learn to become more proficient and better at my new position.”
