At United Group, we take pride in celebrating and recognizing the achievements of our exceptional team members! Today, we are shining the spotlight on five United Group employees who received promotions in August. That includes Hannah Galarneau, Assistant Construction Project Manager at our Corporate office; Kaitlyn Robinson, Construction Project Specialist at our Corporate office; Emma Darocha, Assistant Property Manager at College Suites at City Station; Thomas Loy, Lead Maintenance Technician at Parkstead Watertown at City Center, and Marissa Carr, Assistant Property Manager at Hearthstone Village.

Hannah Galarneau, formerly the Construction Project Specialist, was recently promoted to Assistant Construction Project Manager. Kaitlyn Robinson, who was welcomed to United Group as our Construction and Development Assistant in 2021 and received her promotion to Construction and Development Assistant in 2024, Kaitlyn has now earned her new role as our Construction Project Specialist at our Corporate office. Emma Darocha was previously a Lifestyle Intern at our Corporate office, providing support to different sites, and is now the Assistant Property Manager at College Suites at City Station. Thomas Loy joined United Group in 2024 as the Maintenance Technician at Parkstead City Center and was recently promoted to Lead Maintenance Technician. Marissa Carr was recently promoted from Lifestyle Coordinator to Assistant Property Manager at Hearthstone Village.

“I’m so excited to step into my new role as Construction Assistant Project Manager and continue working on our growing projects across the East Coast. I am grateful for an amazing team that has supported me along the way, and I am eager to continue learning and growing in this next chapter.” Hannah said, “It’s been especially meaningful to contribute to the development of our new home office at City Station North over the past two years, and I can’t wait to see all that’s ahead!”

“In my new role, I’m better able to assist my team, who have all been supporting me since day one. As much as I want to celebrate this myself, I know it’s all due to the time and guidance I received from everyone else that made this possible. It’s just as much their success as mine.” Said Kaitlyn.

“My summer internship on the lifestyle side taught me a great deal about making our communities feel welcoming and helping residents truly feel at home. That experience provided me with the ideal foundation for this role. I’ve had a great time experiencing all the fun with move-in and can’t wait for so much more as I step into my new position as Assistant Property Manager with United Group!” Emma said.

"I am excited to learn more about leasing and property management," Marissa said.

Congratulations to Hannah, Kaitlyn, Emma, Thomas, and Marissa on your well-deserved promotions! Your commitment to your respective teams is evident, and we are lucky to have you as a part of the United Group team.
