Schuyler Eddy is interning at the corporate office as an Accounting + Business Systems intern! She is currently a student at Elon University and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance with a major in accounting.

“One thing I’ve learned during my internship is that even the small tasks that seem easy typically have more to them and you have to question things to be able to fully understand the task,” Schuyler said.

Fun Fact: Schuyler loves animals and would love to be able to work at a non-profit with animals at some point in her life.

Zander Poissant, Management

Zander Poissant is a student at SUNY Cobleskill with a major in Business Administration! As a Management Intern, he is working alongside the College Suites at City Station team to garner leads and sales for the student community.

“One thing that has surprised me during my internship is how fast-paced the work environment is from campaigns, content calendars, and with trends evolving and going on at all different properties, being adaptable to it all is key. While I initially thought marketing was mainly about designs and content, I've come to realize that understanding your target audience through data and adjusting strategies based on your performance is just as important,” Camden said.

Brooke Snyder, Field Marketing and Sales

One thing I’ve learned during my internship that really surprised me is how much strategy goes into sales. It’s not just about being persuasive or outgoing. There’s a very intentional process behind everything, from how you approach a potential client to the timing and tone of follow-ups. It’s made me realize that sales is way more strategic and thoughtful than I originally expected,” Brooke Said.
