Worcester, MA – The Arbella at Bramble Hill (“The Arbella”) ownership was joined by city officials, development partners, Worcester Chamber members and staff Wednesday to celebrate the official grand opening of The Arbella at Bramble Hill, Worcester’s newest 55+ Active Adult community on Worcester’s west side. The Arbella at Bramble Hill represents an exciting new market-rate housing option for adults seeking Class A, community-focused, and maintenance-free living.
Representatives from the community’s ownership group, Troy, New York-based Real Estate Development Company The United Group of Companies, Inc. (United Group), city and state officials including Worcester Mayor Joseph Petty, Kayanna James with the office of Senator Robyn Kennedy, Doreen Goodrich from the office of Senator Mike Moore’s, and Worcester City Manager Erica Batista, as well as business community representatives from the Worcester Chamber of Commerce were all in attendance for the day’s festivities.

The event, which kicked off at 3 p.m. Wednesday, allowed county residents and community stakeholders to tour the newly constructed 55+ community. The Arbella at Bramble Hill features 123 spacious one- and two-bedroom apartment units spread across three elevator-serviced buildings. At the center of the community is the expansive 8,500 square feet clubhouse, featuring resort-style amenities including an indoor golf simulator, a yoga studio, an indoor pool, a multimedia theatre and more.
