United Group is delighted to welcome Cathy Ballini as Property Manager at The Arbella at Bramble Hill!
Cathy brings more than 20 years of senior living and operations experience to United Group. Most recently, she served as Executive Director of Operations at Mason Wright Senior Living, where she led operations for traditional, memory care, and independent living communities. During her tenure, she successfully drove staff engagement, managed admissions and occupancy goals, and ensured operational excellence across the organization.
In her role, as Property Manager, Cathy will oversee daily operations and help support the continued success and growth of the vibrant 55+ community.
