United Group is delighted to welcome Hayleigh Alexander as Property Manager at Parkstead Watertown at City Center!
Hayleigh brings 15 years of property management experience to United Group, with a background spanning multifamily housing, affordable housing, and regional property operations. Most recently, she served as Senior Community Manager with Greystar Property Management in Kapolei, Hawaii, where she oversaw a 499-unit portfolio, led a team of 11, managed budgets and operations, and maintained compliance across affordable housing units.
In her role as Property Manager, Hayleigh will oversee daily operations at Parkstead Watertown at City Center, drawing on her extensive industry experience and leadership background to support the community, strengthen resident relations, and contribute to the continued success of the property.

I have fifteen years of property management experience in many different states and just moved from Hawaii where I spent the past six years running multiple Blackstone owned assets for Greystar Property Management. I am so excited to apply my knowledge to my newest work environment and get to know all of my new peers and colleagues,” Hayleigh said.
