United Group is delighted to welcome Kendra Simmons as Property Manager of The Kensington at Halfmoon, a 200-unit multifamily community managed by UPPM offering one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom-with-den apartment homes in Halfmoon, New York. 

Kendra joins United Group with over 5 years of property management experience, having a strong background in resident relations and property operations. In her most recent position, Kendra served as an Assistant Property Manager at Burns Management.

“I’m excited to be joining a company where I can contribute my skills, continue learning, and grow alongside an extremely talented team. I’m especially looking forward to taking on new challenges, building meaningful connections, and making a positive impact. This opportunity represents an important step in my career, and I’m eager to bring energy, curiosity, and dedication to everything I do,” Kendra said.
