United Group Recognized as a Top Workplace USA and NY Capital Region Top Workplace

The United Group of Companies, Inc. is thrilled to announce that we have earned recognition as a Top Workplace USA for the fifth consecutive year, and on a local level, we’ve also been named a Top Workplace in the New York Capital Region for the ninth consecutive year, as recognized by the Albany Times Union. These prestigious distinctions acknowledge companies across the nation that cultivate an environment of support, growth, and success. We are proud to be counted among these exceptional organizations, and this consistent recognition year-over-year speaks to the strength of our company culture and the incredible contributions of our team members.  

United Group is also proud to share that we have been honored with a Spring Culture Excellence Award in the “Purpose & Values” category from Top Workplaces. This award celebrates organizations that have successfully communicated their company mission and seamlessly integrated those values into their culture. We are incredibly proud to be recognized for fostering a workplace that reflects our core beliefs and purpose. 

Our achievements are made possible by the valuable feedback we receive from our employees. To earn recognition as a Top Workplace USA, our team participated in a comprehensive survey conducted by Energage, an independent research firm. The survey assessed factors such as employee engagement, communication, and alignment with our business values. Similarly, for our recognition in the Capital Region, employees provided insights into our company culture, values, and growth opportunities — all essential elements that contribute to the supportive work environment we strive to maintain.
