BONITA SPRINGS WELCOMES NEW 55+ APARTMENT COMMUNITY

August 23, 2017

Another successful ribbon cutting in the books for the United Group of Companies, this time at Diamond Oaks Village, Bonita Springs’ newest and most luxurious independent senior living community for adults aged 55 and older.

Nearly 100 Southwest Florida residents were on hand for the official ribbon cutting and to tour the community’s unique facilities and mix of one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments. Invitees also heard from special guest speakers including: a representative from Senator Lizbeth Benacquisto’s office, Bonita Springs Mayor Peter Simmons, Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce representative Charles Stanisce, and The United Group of Companies Inc. (“United Group”) President and CEO Michael Uccellini.

Construction for the premier independent senior living community, located at 24110 South Tamiami Trail in Bonita Springs, began shortly after United Group., a real estate development company based in Troy NY, began demolition on the property in November 2015. The community has 160 one- and two-bedroom apartments with state-of-the-art amenities and a private screened in lanai, personal washer and dryer units, and covered parking spots. There is also a 12,000 square foot clubhouse, and several unique features including: a fenced dog park, putting green, modern fitness center, deluxe hair salon, a heated community pool and spa, and a bocce court.

“Diamond Oaks Village offers Bonita Springs a unique opportunity to live a maintenance-free lifestyle in a community that mirrors a five-star resort” said Gina O’Toole, Regional Manager at United Group. “Residents will appreciate the supreme standard of living with state-of-the-art amenities and the convenience Diamond Oaks Village provides, including 24-hour emergency maintenance and group transportation to local shopping, entertainment, and doctors.”

Diamond Oaks Village is actively signing leases for a variety of one-and-two bedroom apartments. Additional details can be found online at http://www.diamondoaksvillage.com.
