Times Union: "When real estate development company United Group broke ground on its $100 million City Station mixed-use project in Troy during July 2024, it didn’t expect to find old foundations and waterlines.
“Whenever you’re building in an old city, once you put a shovel in the ground, you know you’re going to start finding problems,” said United Group Chief Development Officer Jeff Smetana.'
