Developers of a proposed 182-unit apartment complex, comprising three- and four-story buildings, is looking to take the next step in the city's review process.
The Sovana at Stuart would be built on the the west side of U.S. 1, next to North Stuart Baptist Church and between Northwest Windermere Drive and Northwest Buck Hendry Way, according to development plans.
