Reliable Representation
Construction management oversees the General Contractor and the job in total, and reports any and all issues back to the owner. This gives owners peace of mind knowing that there is someone on the job that has their back.
Ensured Accountability
Any mishappenings at the construction site are rectified by our construction management team. Owners can be assured that the contractors or subcontractors are held accountable for their work (or lack thereof).
Closed-Loop Communication
United Group construction management teams oversee the large majority of construction projects, from onsite construction meetings to change order approval. This level of onsite interaction leaves no room for procedural or communication gaps.
