UGOC Spotlight: Cullen Moran Promoted to Senior Property Manager

United Group is delighted to congratulate Cullen Moran on his promotion to Senior Property Manager at United Group! In this elevated role, Cullen will manage Pinnacle Living at Forts Ferry, Hearthstone Village, and Loudon House. Cullen was most recently the Property Manager at Parasol Melbourne in Melbourne, Florida. Prior to his appointment in Florida, Cullen began his career with United as an Assistant Property Manager for Deerfield Place in Utica, New York in 2020.  Cullen quickly demonstrated his aptitude for property management, was recognized for his achievements, and was promoted to Property Manager.    

"Cullen has been a valuable asset to our team and has helped numerous properties in reaching success. This promotion is well-deserved, and we look forward to seeing him succeed in this new role," Erin VanDeusen, Director of Operations said. 

Cullen has been with United Group since June of 2020 and has continued to demonstrate that he is a valuable asset to the United Group team. We look forward to all the accomplishments still to come as he takes on this new role.
