We are thrilled to announce that our marketing team has won Silver for NAHB’s 2023 Best Integrated Marketing Strategy for “A Day in the SUN®”! This campaign took place at The Orchards at Market Plaza in Plano, Texas in July of 2022 and embodied all of the unique and wonderful aspects of our award-winning SUN® Program.
This large-scale event successfully combined all seven prongs of the SUN® Program and provided all who attended an immersive experience that they will soon not forget. Activities spanned the entire community and did an amazing job at highlighting all major amenities by partnering with area vendors and brainstorming engaging activities that included chair massages, yoga classes, craft workshops and so much more.
A Day in the Sun will go down in UGOC history as one of the most successful marketing campaigns to date, with an amazing 10% close rate. Thanks to the efforts of Field Marketing Manager Sarah Yaghy, our marketing team, site staff, and design by Corey Deame. This event was exciting, effective, and now award-winning!
