UGOC Spotlight: Welcome to the Team - Lee Holden, Regional Manager

United Group is pleased to welcome Lee Holden as Regional Manager for United Plus Property Management, AMO®!

Lee comes to United Group with 15 years of experience in Property Management and will be overseeing United Group’s Northeast portfolio, which consists of The Arbella at Bramble Hill, The Apex at Crossgates, The Kensington at Halfmoon, Hamilton Parc, Pinnacle Living at Forts Ferry, and Hearthstone Village.

Most recently, Lee was a Regional Property Manager at Harbor Group Management Company, overseeing multiple properties ranging from workforce housing to luxury assets across 9 different states.

Lee’s dedication to driving revenue, building strong, collaborative relationships, and commitment to continuous learning will help support the ongoing success of these properties.
