UGOC Spotlight: Welcome to the Team - Marcia DuBois, Property Manager

United Group is delighted to welcome Marcia DuBois, Property Manager for The Wallkill Living Center, to the team! 

Marcia joins the Company with 20 years of Property Management experience and will oversee daily operations, improve operational efficiency, and lead the team at Wallkill in achieving business objectives. Marcia possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis, financial management, and effective stakeholder communication. 

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership & Communication from Marist College, and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Phoenix, Marcia will bring a wealth of knowledge to her team.
