UGOC Spotlight: Welcome to the Team - Natalya Rodriguez, Senior Regional Manager

United Group is pleased to welcome Natalya Rodriguez as Senior Regional Manager!

Natalya brings more than 20 years of multifamily housing experience to United Group and will oversee our Southeast portfolio which includes The Gables at Lakeside, The Hamilton at Lakeside, The Sovana at Stuart, Sandalwood Village, The Alloro at University Groves, Terracotta Terrace, and The Lodge at BridgeMill.

Throughout her career, Natalya has successfully led diverse portfolios across the East Coast, spanning affordable, market-rate, commercial, mixed-use, student, and senior housing communities. Most recently, she served as Director of Leadership & Development at HK Management, where she spearheaded company-wide leadership initiatives, talent development strategies, and operational excellence programs while supporting long-term organizational growth.

In addition to her extensive operational expertise, Natalya is a respected industry leader and advocate for professional development. She has served as President of IREM Chapter 58, Vice President of the Apartment Professionals Trade Society of New York, and was an Executive Board Member of New York Capital Region Apartment Association. She also holds numerous industry designations, including Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS®), and Management and Occupancy Review Specialist (MORS®) as well as several accreditations and licenses specific to our industry.
