UGOC Spotlight: Welcome to the Team - Rachel Sweet-Helms, Property Manager

United Group is pleased to welcome Rachel Sweet-Helms as Property Manager of The Alloro at University Groves. 

Rachel comes to United Group with 15 years of Property Management experience and will ensure the Sarasota, Florida property huge success! 

Rachel is a passionate Property Manager who delivers consistent and sustainable growth in property value, customer retention, financial excellence, and team advancement. 

Most recently, Rachel worked as a Property Manager at One41 Wellington, a luxury apartment complex in Ohio, and is now looking forward to the Florida lifestyle.
