Following a late October submission to the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development, United Group gave potential residents a first glimpse this week at its plans for The Arbella at Ashland, a 180-unit luxury independent living community and the developer’s first to serve the Boston area. Development is officially underway on the transformative project, which promises to offer an unparalleled, high-end New England living experience to seniors aged 62 and older.
