Jeff Arnold serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the United Group of Companies, Inc. He has direct responsibility and oversight of the management and marketing and sales divisions, which totals more than 300 employees. He provides best practices and direction of operations across all property management portfolios, including student, independent senior and multi-family housing, as well as commercial and mixed-use properties.

Jeff offers United Group more than 25 years of experience in all facets of property management. Formerly from Houston, TX, he played an essential role in launching Asset Campus Housing, which is Asset Plus Corporation’s student division, and helped grow the company’s portfolio from 1,000 beds to 22,000 beds. Jeff also served as Senior Vice President of Operations and CO-Founder of Innovative Housing Solutions, a startup company where he led all operations, and grew the portfolio to over 5,500 beds and assisted in closing over $115 million in acquisitions and new development. In just two year, the organization made a +18% NOI growth year-over-year for investors and clients. 

He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Stephen F. Austin University. He is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®), a Certified Property Manager (CPM), and holds a license to conduct real estate transactions.
