Times Union: "Sitting just to the west of Crossgates Mall, the 222-unit Apex at Crossgates development is set to begin a phased opening in August after breaking ground in Spring 2023. The complex features 192 apartment units divided into two high-density buildings and 30 townhomes. The first 12 townhouses are set to open this August, followed by the first high-density building and some additional townhomes in late fall, and the rest of the units in spring 2025."
