The Arbella at Bramble Hill, Worcester, Massachusetts's newest 55+, Class A Active Adult community broke ground in June. 10 months later, construction continues and doors are soon set to open.
Worcester Business Journal: "The Arbella at Bramble Hill, a 123-unit senior housing complex under construction in Worcester, is set to welcome its first residents in July. Located at the former site of the Bramble Hill mansion at 757 Salisbury St., the active senior complex includes three residential buildings, with a clubhouse and lawn in the center. The project is being led by United Group of Companies, a real estate and property management firm based in New York. Two other United Group projects, The Arbella at Ashland and The Arbella at Newbury Street in Peabody, have been proposed in the state."
