Syracuse.com: "Syracuse, N.Y. — The historic former Syracuse Boys Club building overlooking Firefighters Memorial Park has reopened after a $20 million transformation into the city’s newest apartments.
The five-story, 103-year-old structure at 430 E. Genesee St. is now Salt City Flats and features 36 studio and one- and two-bedroom apartments.
The adjacent former Utica Mutual Insurance Co. office building at 420 E. Genesee St., which dates to 1956, has been transformed into 21 apartments and is also part of the project."
