United Group Leases Commerical Space to International Coworking Space, Venture X

 United Group is welcoming Venture X, a modern coworking space, to The Station, its newest Class A office building in downtown Troy. The addition will give area professionals access to a flexible, dedicated workspace closer to home while bringing a new amenity to Troy’s growing business community. Albany Business Review: "A new coworking space will be opening in downtown Troy inside the city's latest mixed-use development.

Venture X, part of VAST Coworking Group, will occupy the second floor of City Station North at the corner of Sixth Avenue and Congress Street. 

Interior construction of the 10,670-square-feet space will start in December, with completion expected by the first quarter of 2027, according to the property owner, The United Group."
