The United Group of Companies, Inc. earned recognition as a Top Workplace in the New York Capital Region for the ninth consecutive year as recognized by the Albany Times Union. This prestigious distinction acknowledge companies across the region that cultivate an environment of support, growth, and success. Read more about the recognition below.
Times Union: "For 14 years, the Times Union has partnered with Energage to rank the top workplaces in the Capital Region. It’s not a popularity contest, and not everyone gets a blue ribbon. A select few are honored based on a scientific survey process. For 2025, 1,304 organizations were invited to survey their employees, and 68 agreed to do so. Based on the survey feedback, 49 have earned recognition as Top Workplaces in the region."
