United Plus Property Management Takes Over Management of Nob Hill Apartments, Focuses on Community Improvements and Resident Experience
United Plus Property Management, AMO® has recently assumed management of Nob Hill Apartments,
Syracuse’s largest multifamily community. Since taking over, the team has been working through a number of priorities across the property, including addressing outstanding code violations, improving safety measures, enhancing shared spaces, and investing in the overall appearance and functionality of the community. NewsChannel 9: "After years of persistent code violations and safety concerns, new management is taking over Nob Hill Apartments in hopes of improving the community’s quality of life. United Plus Property Management Group (UPPM) is the company behind the new day-to-day operations at Nob Hill, according to Jeddy Johnson, a spokesperson for UPPM.
Since then, UPPM has been addressing Nob Hill’s historic slew of violations by improving safety measures, enhancing shared spaces, and investing in the apartment’s overall appearance, said Johnson. Building renovations are also underway."

CNY Central "After years of code violations, a fatal fire and legal action from both the city and state, new management at Nob Hill Apartments says it is working to make changes tenants can see and feel.
United Plus Property Management took over the complex in May with 114 open code violations. The company says that number is now down to 49 as crews work through longstanding problems across the property.
“Everybody deserves a great place to live and we wanted to make sure that people had that opportunity here at Nob Hill and you could see that that wasn't the case. And so we really wanted to come in and focus on the residents and their opportunity to have a great, great place to live,” said Mike DiGiacomo, chief operating officer of United Plus Property Management."
