Through creative leasing efforts and perfectly tailored outreach, prospective residents were able to easily envision life within our community long before moving in. Ahead of the community’s first move in, we projected 27 pre-leased units and 6 leases per month for the first year. Fast forward to opening, the team moved in an impressive 29 residents within the first month and has continued to average 8-9 move-ins per month through April-2023.
