NYREJ: United Group Completes $23M Glenmont Abbey Village, To Build $31M Deerfied

United Group’s project pipeline is prospering. With multiple projects currently under construction, in development, and successful events, United Group is immersed in a growth mode company-wide.

Currently in development is Deerfield Place, a multifamily community located in Utica. The $31 million project will feature a clubhouse, apartment finishes, and an outdoor in-ground pool. Construction is expected to kick-off in late spring.
