UGOC Spotlight: United Group Celebrates May 2026 Promotions

At United Group, we take pride in celebrating and recognizing the achievements of our exceptional team members! Today, we are excited to shine the spotlight on Rachel Navarro, who has recently stepped into a new role as Assistant Property Manager at The Lodge at BridgeMill.

Rachel has been a valued member of the United Group team since joining the company in March of 2025. She consistently demonstrates dedication, professionalism, and a commitment to creating an exceptional experience for residents and teammates alike. From the start, Rachel has gone above and beyond for the residents at The Lodge. In her new role, she will continue supporting the community while taking on expanded responsibilities to help drive the property's ongoing success.
