United Group is happy to commemorate Chris Palma, Maintenance Supervisor at Parkstead Watertown at Black River, for five dedicated years with the company!
Chris began his journey with Parkstead Watertown at Black River in 2019 as a Maintenance Technician and quickly proved to be a valuable asset to the Parkstead team. During his time at Parkstead Watertown at Black River, Chris has been able to foster relationships with his tenants and perfect his troubleshooting skills during challenging situations. The company is happy to celebrate Chris for all he has done.

1.) Take us back to day one! What was it like? What do you remember about your first day?
Being nervous yet driven to learn.
2.) Walk us through a typical workday!
Mostly ordering supplies and making sure everything runs smoothly.
3.)What is your favorite memory (so far) from your time at UGOC?
Time spent together as a team is always fun!
4.) What advice would you give yourself reflecting on the last 5 years?
Be patient and don't worry. Everything can be fixed.
5.) How has your role changed over the years? (If at all possible)
Yes, I have been promoted from Maintenance Technician to Maintenance Supervisor. My level of difficulty has changed as far as job duties and I have more responsibility.
