UGOC Spotlight: Curtis Tripp Celebrates 25 Years

United Group is proud to recognize Curtis Tripp, HVAC Supervisor for WGS properties, for reaching his 25-year milestone! Curtis began his journey with United Group in 1999 as a maintenance technician at Deer River Estates, a multi-family community in Copenhagen, NY. He was later promoted to maintenance supervisor at Deer River Estates before transferring into his current role of HVAC Supervisor for all WGS properties. In this role, Curtis oversees HVAC responsibilities for 1,000 apartments across seven properties.

Curtis is described as a hardworking and dedicated employee of United Group and the company could not be more delighted to celebrate him.

It's been a great company to be part of.    

2. What memories have you cherished the most out of your 25 years with United? 

Some of the people that I have worked with and some of the company gatherings.

3. In what ways have you seen the company grow and evolve?

It went from military housing to privatized. 

4. What advice would you give your first day of work self after working for United Group for the past 25 years?

Don't rush things. Take more time to enjoy the small stuff in life.
