Questions:

1. What about United Group keeps you coming back year after year?

There are so many wonderful things I can say about United Group, the work that we do, the events that we have throughout the year, my coworkers, the fact it is a family company, but working for Tracey is what brings me back year after year. She has elevated the accounting department from the day she walked in the door. The most growth I have had professionally has been working for her. She makes me smarter every time we tackle an issue together, she strives to make us work more efficiently, she cares about her team, and she is always thinking about the big picture.

2. What memories have you cherished the most out of your 10 years with United?

The 50th Anniversary Celebration in 2022 was a great memory for me. Celebrating the history, the accomplishments, the partnerships, and the people of United Group was an amazing experience that I was really glad to be a part of.

The Managers’ Retreats that I have attended have been great memories for me as well. It is always great to interact with your coworkers, especially the ones you do not see daily, outside of the office in a different setting.

3. In what ways have you seen the company grow and evolve?

The properties that United Group has built and are building always seem to get better with each new project that starts. I also have watched the company’s footprint throughout the country get bigger and bigger in my 10 years.

4. What advice would you give your first day of work self after working for United Group for the past 10 years?

I came from an organization where I had been for several years, as well as in a different industry, so I would tell myself on the first day of work to be patient, listen, and take in as much information as possible.
