Dino began his journey with United Group in 2014 and has continued to bring a positive and uplifting attitude to the Middletown, New York community.
Over the years, Dino has fostered strong relationships with his tenants and has continued to perfect his troubleshooting skills during challenging situations. The company is thankful for Dino's years of service.

Questions:
1. What about United Group keeps you coming back year after year?
United Group has always been an amazing company to work for as they care about their employees and acknowledge me for the work I do. From emails about my well-being to signed birthday cards, they sincerely care, and I love that.
It has to be the Wellness Fairs because we get to be together with so many coworkers and representatives where we share stories of home, family, work, and visions for our communities. One other memory I will never forget is when my Manager Samantha asked if I would dress up as Elvis for a murder mystery show we put on for our community. So much fun.
I have seen way more residents attending events our APM Barbara hosts. She loves to get the residents together for more social events.
4.) What advice would you give your first day of work self after working for United Group for the past 10 years?
My advice would have been to listen the first time the Manager of The Wallkill Living Center who asked me to apply for this job! I used to inspect this property before becoming a part of this company and was asked to fill out an application for employment. I didn't listen. Three years later I was approached again by management and asked if I would just come in for an interview. I did just that and was sold on UGOC and The Wallkill Living Center.
