UGOC Spotlight: Erin VanDeusen Celebrates 10 Years

United Group is delighted to celebrate Erin VanDeusen, Director of Operations, for reaching her ten-year milestone anniversary with the Company!

Erin’s journey with United Group began in June 2015, when she joined the Corporate Office as an Office Coordinator. She quickly stood out for her dedication and talent, soon transitioning into the role of Field Marketing and Sales Manager. Her passion for property management led her to Glenmont Abbey Village in Glenmont, NY, where she first served as Assistant Property Manager. It wasn’t long before her leadership and performance earned her a promotion to Property Manager at Glenmont Abbey.

In March 2020, Erin’s continued success was recognized when she was named Regional Manager, taking on the responsibility of overseeing a diverse portfolio of independent senior housing and multi-family communities. Her deep understanding of both corporate operations and on-site management positioned her well for further advancement. In 2022, she became Operations Manager, and by 2024, she now has the role of Director of Operations.

With every role, Erin has exemplified what it means to lead with integrity, adaptability, and a result-driven effort. Her unique blend of field expertise, corporate insight, and marketing decision-making makes her an invaluable asset to our team.
