Francine Bass Promoted to Vice President of Sales

Today is an exciting day for United Group as we announce a promotion for a very important member of our team. Effective immediately, Francine Bass will be taking on the role of United Group’s Vice President of Sales.

Francine began her journey with United Group in November of 2021. She came to United Group with over 20 years of experience in multi-family property management and an impressive knowledge of the senior-living industry. Over the past few years, Francine has held the title of Director of Sales and Leasing.

During Francine’s time at United Group thus far, she has demonstrated exceptional growth and knowledge. She has become an integral part of United Group’s team. In Francine’s new role as Vice President of Sales, she will be responsible for leading leasing efforts across our residential portfolio and driving occupancy to meet and exceed ownership goals. This role is highly involved with the strategy and planning for new residential apartment communities, and partners with our Development team to build initial pipelines and manage leads for new development projects.
