Jim joined United Group in August of 2011 and has spent the past 15 years as a valued member of our commercial maintenance team. Throughout his time with United Group, Jim has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, dedication, and commitment to his work.
Jim is known for being thoughtful, thorough, and reliable, always taking pride in caring for the buildings and properties he serves. His willingness to step up when needed and dedication to keeping everything running smoothly have made him an important part of the United Group team.

I enjoy my work at STEP.
2.) What memories have you cherished the most out of your 15 years with United?
I have learned a great deal over my 15 years here. The tenants are friendly.
3.) In what ways have you seen the company grow and evolve?
I have been a part of quite a few interesting projects and technologies.
4.) What advice would you give your first day of work self after working for United Group for the past 15 years?
My first day of work self-advice would be to remember to be courteous and helpful. Advice for newer staff would be not to be afraid to try/learn new things and be proactive.
