Joanne DiMarco Promoted to Vice President of Lifestyle and Commercial Leasing

United Group is thrilled to announce another well-deserved promotion. Please join us in offering our heartfelt congratulations to Joanne DiMarco who will be stepping into the new role of Vice President of Lifestyle and Commercial Leasing, effective immediately.

Coming to United Group in November of 2018 with 15+ years of marketing and sales experience and expertise, Joanne was welcomed as the Director of Sales and Leasing. Joanne’s love and passion for marketing and sales combine for an undoubtedly deserving candidate for this new role at United Group.

After almost five years of dedicated service at United Group, Joanne continues to grow and flourish. Joanne’s new position as Vice President of Lifestyle and Commercial Leasing will alter and expand her responsibilities for leasing efforts across our commercial portfolio and driving occupancy to meet and exceed ownership goals. As VP of Lifestyle and Commercial Leasing, Joanne will also be responsible for owning and managing the United Group's SUN Program, Live Learn Relax program and will develop and manage a lifestyle program for multi-family housing.
