UGOC Spotlight: Jonathan Kaplan Promoted to Vice President of Property Management

Please join us in congratulating Jonathan Kaplan on his promotion to Vice President of Property Management!

With over fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry, Jonathan has been an integral part of the United Group team since his joining in May of 2020.

Prior to being named Vice President of Property Management, Jonathan served as Regional Manager, Senior Regional Manager, and most recently Vice President of Asset Management.

As Vice President of Property Management, Jonathan will support our regional and site teams in driving strong operational and financial performance across the portfolio. He will also work in close partnership with executive leadership, development, finance, human resources, and accounting, to align strategy with day-to-day execution, growing revenue and net operating income while empowering our teams to operate at a high level.
