Jonathan Kaplan Promoted to Vice President of Asset Management

 
Today, we’re excited to shine the spotlight on a dedicated and valued member of the UGOC team who recently earned themselves a well-deserved promotion. Please join us in congratulating United Group’s newest Vice President of Asset Management, Jonathan Kaplan.

With over fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry, Jonathan is an integral part of United Group. Jonathan joined the team in May of 2020 as Regional Manager, was elevated to Senior Regional Manager in January of 2022, and most recently has been promoted to Vice President of Asset Management. During his time as Senior Regional Manager, Jonathan oversaw every aspect of the Capital Senior Housing and Parkstead portfolios, as well as Deerfield Place and one of our newest properties, the Apex at Crossgates. Jonathan’s hard work and talent for property management has not gone unnoticed. As Vice President of Asset Management, Jonathan will be responsible for acting on behalf of Ownership to make strategic decisions to maximize cash flow and returns on the portfolio of senior, student, and multi-family real estate assets.

Jonathan’s continuous and proven ability to manage properties at the highest level has made him the clear candidate to take on this new role, as United Group knows he will do so with eagerness and enthusiasm. Jonathan will use his knowledge as a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) to be part of United Groups successes in the real estate industry.
