UGOC Spotlight: Kyle Totive Celebrates 10 Years!

United Group is delighted to celebrate Kyle Totive, Maintenance Supervisor at Parkstead Philadelphia, on reaching his ten-year milestone with the Company!

Kyle joined United Group in June of 2016 as a Maintenance Technician at Parkstead Copenhagen. Later that year, he transferred to Parkstead Philadelphia, where he continued to demonstrate his strong work ethic and commitment to resident satisfaction. In 2022, Kyle was promoted to Maintenance Supervisor at Parkstead Gouverneur before ultimately returning to Parkstead Philadelphia, where he continues to make a lasting impact on the community today.

Throughout his tenure with United Group, Kyle has earned the respect and appreciation of residents and coworkers alike through his dedication, reliability, and pride in his work. Whether he's responding to a maintenance request, lending a helping hand to a community member, or sharing stories from his latest hunting and fishing adventures, Kyle's positive presence is felt throughout the community.

We are incredibly grateful for Kyle's contributions over the past ten years and look forward to celebrating many more milestones with him in the years ahead.
