UGOC Spotlight: Mark Bins Celebrates 25 Years

United Group is honored to recognize Mark Bins, Maintenance Manager, for reaching his impressive 25-year milestone!

Mark began his journey with United Group in 1999 as a Maintenance Technician. Over the past 25 years, Mark has proven to be an invaluable asset to our organization and has touched the lives of many employees, residents, and commercial tenants. Mark’s contributions played a significant part of us receiving the 2008 Capital Region BOMA TOBY (The Office Building of the Year) Award in the under 100,000 S/F category for 400 Jordan Road. Mark continues to keep us in award-winning categories because of his knowledge and expertise, but also because of his passion and caring for his work.
