Questions:
1.) What about United Group keeps you coming back year after year?
What keeps me coming back is the combination of opportunity and relationships. I’ve been able to grow professionally while working alongside supportive, driven, and invested colleagues. That sense of shared commitment is what’s made the last 10 years both rewarding and meaningful.
2.) What memories have you cherished the most out of your 10 years with United?
My favorite memories are from ValleyCats games, manager retreats, and other team-building events that bring our culture to life. They remind me that strong relationships are at the core of great work. Whom you work with matters just as much as what you do, and I’ve been fortunate to work with people I genuinely enjoy and respect
3.) In what ways have you seen the company grow and evolve?
The growth I’ve seen hasn’t been loud or linear. Instead, it’s shown up through practical adjustments in how the company operates as conditions evolve. That ability to stay steady as things shift is what really stands out.
4.) What advice would you give to yourself on your first day of work after working for United Group for the past 10 years?
Keep perspective, trust experience, and let things unfold at their own pace.
