Sam will continue to oversee The Wallkill Living Center in Middletown, NY and Varick Peterson Homes in Newburg, NY, and with this promotion will now have oversight of Fulton Landing, Fox Run at Fulton, and The Legion in Poughkeepsie, NY.

Sam has been with United Group since August of 2016 and has continued to demonstrate that she is a valuable asset to the United Group team. Sam also is an active member of the IREM® New York Capital Region Chapter, and even earned her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) in 2017. We look forward to all the accomplishments still to come as she takes on this new role.
