Stacey Spinner Promoted to Area Manager

Please join us in congratulating Stacey Spinner on her promotion to Area Manager! Stacey will now support day-to-day operations for all Parkstead properties, located in Northern New York.
In her 17 years with UGOC, Stacey has taken the lead with the many tasks and challenges that the multifamily portfolio brings, and does so with ease and understanding.  She is an outstanding leader who has supported her peers and her Regional Manager throughout a myriad of situations, including the many monster snowstorms the north country brings, while continuing to give her residents an exceptional living experience.  

Stacey earned her CPM designation through IREM at the end of 2022 and is currently working towards completing her PHD program within United University.
