UGOC Spotlight: Tony Serrano earns ARM® Credential

United Group is thrilled to announce that Tony Serrano, Field Marketing Manager, has earned his Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) credential from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®)!
 
Tony invested over 40 hours of coursework to earn this certification and United Group could not be prouder of his dedication to his professional growth.

The ARM® certification is open to anyone working in residential property management and receiving the ARM® credential is part of United Group’s formal professional development program, United University.
 
Accreditation courses are designed to teach participants skills in budgeting, leasing, maintenance, risk management, marketing, and communication, allowing recipients to better manage and respond to resident, ownership, and community needs.
