United Group is delighted to welcome Michael Levkovets as Property Manager at Deerfield Place!
Michael brings more than six years of multifamily housing and financial experience to United Group. Most recently, he served as Property Manager at Six Nations Square Apartments in Utica, New York, where he oversaw daily operations, managed budgets and expenses, supported leasing and resident relations, and maintained HUD compliance. His background also includes experience with affordable housing and LIHTC communities, as well as financial analysis.
In his role as Property Manager, Michael will oversee daily operations and support the continued success and growth of the Deerfield Place community.
